"Destinycatcher stared at her Mother's torn and bloody body. His deep blue eyes were wide, and his throat was tense and no words could come out. 'Dead. No.' He screamed inside, his Mother couldn't be dead. The joints in his legs quivered and collasped underneath him and he lie by his Mother's lifeless body. 'Why?' He sobbed to himself, and let that dread sweep over him.
"Icestar's lifeless gaze was on a new, bright star. Even though the remaining blood was seaping out of her body and laying the pure white coat in a pool of crimson blood, she looked peaceful. She knew this was her fate, but she hadn't just given up. With the last of her remaining, and weakened state, she fought her brother with tooth and claw but fell, and never stood again. Sorrow rippled through Destinycatcher, and he let out a low moan of despair.
"That moan slowly grew to a yowl. A yowl that echoed throughout the moors, showing grief and anger and revenge. The Clan would hear this yowl, they would hear Destinycatcher crying out like a Eagle that has lost something dear, they would know there leader was dead. The Clan would bow their heads, and sigh sadly. Hawkface would be arriving back shortly to claim his prize, and all would be lost. Auroradance, Severedworld, Eternalrose, Ashfoot, and maybe even Lunarstrike would be sharing this sorrow, with tears and words. It was over. Icestar, the great leader that held WindClan in a gentle grasp was dead. Would anything ever be the same?"
"It was a tragic way for me to die," Icestar murmured to fellow leaders of StarClan. Stars twinkled in her lovely white pelt, and her eyes narrowed. No gray specked her body, and she looked angelic at the very least, "They'll be fine though, as long as they don't let this revenge get to their heads." Icestar murmured. Her shoulders shrugged, and a small light gray kit went to sit by Icestar.
"Don't worry, Icestar." The kit mewed rather wisely, "Destinycatcher knows what to do, and that Gardaunna cat looks very wise herself." The kit's warm green eyes brigthened with a smile. Icestar leaned down and nuzzled the kit warmly.
"Of course, Heatherkit, but I'm worried about Lunarstrike, Rippledstream, and my dear Ashfoot." Icestar murmured. Heatherkit rubbed into her sister's pelt, she didn't like to see her family sad. Another cat came to her side, her brother, and former MediceneCat Apprentice. It was a comforting sight, and Icestar smiled.
Lionstar, a former RiverClan leader shook his head, "I believe it's your horrific brother you should be worrying about Icestar." He said in a low voice. Blue eyes glowed, "He threatens not only your family, and Clan, but the Clans surrounding the Lake as well." The wise leader growled. Twilightstar and Secretstar nodded beside that, and Icestar hesitantly nodded an agreement.
"You've always put your family before your Clan. A risky move." A pale ginger she-cat purred. The hazel eyes of the cat sparkled with admiration, and the she-cat shuffled paws. Icestar replied after a moment with a chuckle, "Yes, Blossomheart, you're most likely right. My brain is still fuzzy from carrying an aged body I suppose."
Eaglestar shrugged and smiled down at his grandchildren, "They have much opportunity, Icestar." The black tom closed his eyes for a moment and hooked his gaze on a gray and white tom below on a Mountain Top, "Especially that Destinycatcher. You gave him a fitting name..."
Destinycatcher leaped into the brisk mountain air and hooked the startled hawk by surprise. Two seconds later, the tom had made his kill on a red-tailed hawk and was purring with victory. Two she-cats came up beside him, one his sibling, another his mentor, "Nice catch," Eternalrose purred joyfully. Destinycatcher grinned at his sister. The tortoishell shook her head.
"You hesitated to long, Destinycatcher." Gardaunna murmured. And stepped back, "Try again." Destinycatcher groaned but caught a decent glare from his mentor. With one final glance over, he moved back to another hiding place and waited for another hawk to come by. It would be hours before anything showed up.

"That indeed, that indeed my mentor and apprentice..." A pure black cat glanced at Eaglestar then Icestar."You have trained him well but... but this hawk has killed the eagle and snake as well as the frost of ice, are you sure he'll be able to put down destiny?" Snake glanced at his young apprentice, Icestar with a glowing smile since he was never really ever but a pawn tossed in a risky game of chess.
Fernpaw glanced at Snake with a frown."Snakefang is right, Hawkstar seems quiet powerful... he almost killed Foxfire and as well as Ashfoot. But Lunarstrike is his apprentice I'm not sure about his fate, father, sister." The former medicine cat glanced down at the young Destinycatcher."His fate is clouded by demons and angles.... Snake nodded silently to the young cat before padding over to join them.
"Yes it does seems true, but to kill the hawk one must summoned the ripples of destiny..." Glancing at the small puddle before them by tapping his tail a little so ripples would begin in the middle and ever so slightly in small rings to flow into bigger rings."It seems that the fox has failed as well as the shade but it seems ripples haven't." The pure black tom watched as a cloudy figure on moors patrolled quietly through plains of earth."Before there is peace blood must be spilled by the same blood...

Icestar shrugged and swayed her head unsurely, "Destinycatcher will be greater than I. He is young now, but with this Gardaunna cat to help him, he will be great." A purr escaped her maw, "Anyways, it's not the power that matters, it's the skill. Hawkstar has that skill, but Destinycatcher will gain it as he grows. Hawkstar is aging as I have, Destinycatcher just might be able to top him in the coming seasons." She was stuck on her son for the moment and turned to her daughter, Eternalrose. Icestar smiled at the beautiful she-cat, she has so much potential, just as much as her brother.
Heatherkit peered into the pool beside her sister, "I don't know what that Rippledstream is up to, but I don't think she's lost her heart completely." The young but incredibly wise kit mewed, "I think she's hiding something, but I don't know if that's good or bad." The brown kit shrugged, her green eyes sparkled.
Blossomheart ran her tongue over her pale ginger pelt, "Things get worse before they can recover." It was just putting the blood spilled words Snake had said into a kinder solution. Her hazel eyes flashed and she glanced down from another rain puddle, "This little Aisu, and her brother Hiddenstripe are working for the Alliance. It's like they're trying to bring MountainClan back without anyone knowing. Tricky." The small white she-cat in the pool of water was confidently talking to a russet tom about MountainClan. Hiddenstripe, Blossomheart's old friend, was letting his sister do what she was hoping to do.
"Aisubara." The russet tom growled in the pool's vision, "Of course I'd join." The two cats smiled with glee, and Hiddenstripe spoke next, "Good, Foxfang, I didn't want to hurt you." He joked.
Blossomheart frowned and wanted to join her friends back on earth. Maybe someday. She glanced at Snake, "That MountainClan apprentice of yours has really grown. I remember her being so shy." She looked back into the pool.

The sky was dark but it lit with the fading moonlight under the gloomy gray clouds. There was a light wind but it did not carry the scents of Windclan territory but ones unknown. There was no trail, only thick dense brush and trees. Th sky vare no stars that night and Ashfoot felt as if he were alone in the world. At this moment he looked to be a very old scrawny tom who had not eaten in days. His ribs slightly showed beneath his thin gray pelt. His fur was mattered and rough. His eyes did not have the energy or compasssion they once had. They were dull and almos lifeless. Ashfoot had left camp 2 days ago and had not eaten anything. His body needed food but his heart was not wishing for anything. He felt alone and his heart felt shattered. Everything he loved had left him. His mate, Icestar, his son's and daughters, and his clan he had once new had completly changed. He no longer knew the clan he had once been apart of. Ashfoot's loyalty had remained with the old Windclan not the corrupt one it had become. When Icestar died Ashfoot's loyalty died with it. He stumbled on his uneasy paws, his head was lowered and his tail dragged on the dirt. His ears and nose did not even show the hint of caution to where he was going. He had just kept walking and never stopped. His dull yellow eyes scanned the small rocky clearing he had entered. His shoulders feel and his head lowered. He was on a small rocky hill which he used to look over the lands he had once hunted on and had been apart of. He couldnt help but sigh, he was along on this journey to no where. His paws shook where they were, and without warning they gave away beneath him. Ashfoot's eyes lit up in fear as he fell down the rocks and dirt. Pain soon throbbed through his already weak body and the faint scent of blood filled his nostrials. He yowled out loudly when he reached the bottom to which looked like a mossy clearing. He moaned slightly as he rolled over to his side. His head lfted with little energy only to look at the blood which trickled down his belly. A small held sharp rock dug deep into his side. Ashfoot felt like he couldnt breath, it was to painful. He lay motionless, which seemed to ease the intense pain which no overwhelmed his body. He moaned and sighed as he lay there helpless. He tried to keep quiet just so he wouldnt aleart any threats around this unknown area. For the first time in moons Ashfoot felt scared.
